Welcome to SouthwestSolar.biz, a website devoted entirely to helping Citizenre Associates in the Southwest region to evolve into better leaders and more effective salespeople. Here you will find information that will make you more successful in business and in life. It might even remind you to lighten up, have fun, and kick back every once in awhile. It’s all about balance.

We’re creating a community dedicated to professional and personal development. There will be plenty of focus on goal setting, team building, sales coaching and more. But we need to be well balanced people to develop well balanced teams. We’ll explore what it means to be an “attractive” associate, and it has nothing to do with that great suit you’re wearing! By attractive we mean someone whose great presence and energy naturally attracts others.

This site is also about increasing productivity and encouraging collaboration. Together, we can drive sales in our region by communicating what’s new, what works, and what’s happening. If you have questions on what to do first, contact your sponsor to help you get going. You must take and pass your test before you can sell or recruit for your team. The next step is to meet your fellow Southwesterners on the Monday night regional conference call. You can view the national call calendar at www.solardays.com/calendar.

Getting Started

Log on to your Ecopreneur back office site with your user name and password that you should have already received in a computer generated email soon after you registered. If you do not have your pass code, please contact your sonsor immediately so they can arrange to have it resent.

Your next step is to begin your training. Begin with logging into your “Back office”. To log in go to www.powur.com , the login is on the top right corner of the page.

After you log in go down the left menu to “Tests”. On the top of the page you will see five topic-oriented modules.

1. Introduction, Mission and Core Values
2. Citizenre Position in the Marketplace
3. REnU Solar Solution
4. Sales Cycle and Back Office Basics
5. Marketing and Advertising

Download the modules and begin to study your material. When you feel you have a grasp on the material, log into the back office again to find the “Test” button and take the associate test. You must get a passing grade of at least 80%. This is a new test so all associates will have seven days to pass the test to remain in an active status.

After you pass the test, the rest of the site will automatically be available to you but you must log out and then log back in.

Another great learning tool to utilize is our Conference Call Network. I highly recommend getting on an IDS call. The best would be Tuesday @6pm. The schedule can be found here: http://www.solardays.com/calendar

After passing the test your websites will be:

Please keep in mind you cannot register new customers and/or other Ecopreneurs until you have passed the test and replied to this email with your zip code.

I recommend reading the manual FIRST because if you fail the test, the system will stop you from retaking the test for 2 hours.

You can get all your questions answered by becoming familiar with the “Knowledge Base” and “Forums”. Use the keyword search feature for quick answers.

If your question has not been previously addressed in the Knowledge Base or Forums, submit a “Support Ticket” and receive an official corporate answer.

Solar Impulse: Around the World in a 100% Sun-powered Airplane 2,911 Views

The Solar Impulse is Bertrand Piccard’s 100% solar-powered airplane. He plans to go around the world with it in 2011, but the pilots have started training today using an extremely complex virtual simulator that takes into account all its features. It has a 262-feet wingspan full of photovoltaic cells that power its 40kW engines. The Solar Impulse can move its 4,409-pounds carbon-fiber body at an altitude of 39,370-feet, while maintaining a 43.9mph average speed. Full specs and a picture of the team after the jump.
